At The Spite Kitchen, we aim to dispatch every order quickly and securely so your handmade hot sauces, artisan jams and preserves arrive in perfect condition.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods, product launches or food festivals, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
- Delivery is typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.
Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £25.
Orders below £25 are charged at the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Where available, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to help protect glass jars and bottles during transit.
We make every effort to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the packaging
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- the delivery address was incorrect,
- delivery was refused, or
- the parcel was not collected from the courier,
additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.
International Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
