Fresh Choi Sum – Lancashire Grown
Fresh, locally grown Choi Sum (Chinese flowering cabbage), harvested young for tender stems, crisp leaves and delicate yellow flowers.
Choi Sum has a mild, slightly sweet flavour and is incredibly versatile. It’s excellent stir-fried with garlic and ginger, steamed, added to noodle dishes, or simply cooked with a splash of soy sauce.
Grown by Shearon & Sons Growers, Lancashire, and harvested fresh for maximum quality and flavour.
