The Spite Kitchen was founded with one simple goal: to create exceptional food using quality ingredients, honest recipes and a passion for great flavour.
Based in Lancashire, we are a family-run business producing handmade hot sauces, artisan jams and unique chilli products in small batches. What started as a passion for growing chillies has grown into a business dedicated to creating products that stand out from mass-produced alternatives.
We believe the best food begins with the best ingredients. That's why many of our chillies are grown by us, carefully nurtured before being harvested and transformed into the products you'll find on our shelves. By controlling the process from seed to sauce, we can focus on quality, consistency and flavour in every batch.
Alongside our hot sauces, we've expanded into handmade jams and preserves, combining traditional recipes with creative flavour combinations. Whether it's a classic fruit preserve or one of our chilli-infused creations, every jar is made with the same attention to detail.
