Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs

• Standard UK shipping: £4.99

• Free shipping on orders over £50

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Pre-orders

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis.

If your order contains a pre-order item:

• Your order will be dispatched once all items are ready

• Estimated dispatch dates are clearly shown on the product page

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships

Dispatch times

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday

• Standard dispatch time (once in stock): 2–4 working days

• During launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK deliveries typically arrive within:

• 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

 Food products & condition

All sauces are:

• Bottled in glass

• Sealed for freshness

• Shelf-stable when unopened

Please refrigerate after opening and follow storage instructions on the label.

 Returns & Refunds

Food safety & returns

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food items once they have been opened or used.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives:

• Leaking

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations (including pre-orders)

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via the contact page.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Items damaged due to incorrect storage or misuse
